Frequently Asked Questions
You asked and we answered. And if this isn’t everything you ever wanted to know about Lama diplays and Trumari, just call or email us.
What is the lead time to build a Lama?
Lead times vary depending on the project and the quantity ordered. We aim to please so tell us your desired schedule and we will try to get you what you need, when you need it.
What is the turn-around time to fulfill a Lama order?
We average approximately 3 weeks from order completion to finished product.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There are no minimums. We can digitally produce smaller runs.
What is the process to build a Lama?
For you to set up a Lama, simply remove the Lama from the box, unfold and shake. It’s that easy.
How do I customize the Lama?
You can customize your Lama in a variety of ways, such as unique die cuts, side extensions, lug ons, brochure holders and different images on each side, to name a few. The knowledgeable Lama experts at Trumari are ready to assist you in making your ideas a reality.
What special effects can you do?
We can produce all of the same special effects as traditional litho print, such as foil stamping, reticulating varnish, die cutting and embossing.
Can Lamas be re-used?
Yes! A Lama will hold up incredibly well and can be used time and again. However, given that they are made of paper, they can crease or tear if not stored in the conveniently small box. And while they stand sturdy and tall on a retail floor, they have been known to fall victim to an occasional, rogue shopping cart zinging down the aisle.
What is the shipping box size for a lama?
Lama displays fold down to fit into the size of a pizza box. That’s 20″ x 17″ x 2″ and it weighs 4.5 pounds. So transport of Lama displays is easy and cost-effective.
Can Lamas be used outdoors?
Not at this time. Lama displays are designed for indoor use. They are made of a high-quality paper that will absorb water if exposed to wet weather (or hoses or big, drooling dogs).
